A 404 error page can be frustrating, but Dosney’s UX writers nailed this one.

It’s clear, helps the user get back on track, and stays on brand. They even managed to give a nod to their hit movie Inside Out, with a witty reference “Long Term Memory” and the ever so relatable character Sadness.

Not unlike young Maleficent, the new UX writer on your team is idyllic and pure of heart. Invite them to the meetings and keep them in the loop, for once their heart has been hardened…😆
