User testing can yield critical insights into the experiences that we create. It’s often said that we are “not our users,” and that’s so true. Don’t try to guess what users might do or how they might react to that copy…test it and find out before it’s too late.

Of the many aspects of our jobs that will be impacted by AI, I think the changes to our user testing will be some of the most exciting and time-saving.
